The Vintech pads are modular and assembled by combining a layer of soft or rigid rubber, of variable thickness, and a 10/10 or 15/10 metal base, which provides strength, durability and relative flexibility and foldability at the same time. Thanks to this combination, the pads are firm but flexible, capable of shaping and flexing, while maintaining their shape over time or allow readjusting, cutting, drilling and shaping to different dimensions.
The presence of the soft rubber layer in Vintech allows the PVC sheets or pads to adapt to loads of different nature, from the lightest and most fragile to the heaviest and most bulky. Vintech sheets come in a wide range of hardness/softness defined, according to the Shore A scale, as ranging from 25 to 90Sh.A. They are designed to adapt to a wide variety of applications and loads, offering unparalleled flexibility and modularity.
The Shore A scale measures the hardness/softness of materials such as rubber and plastic. A durometer is used, which measures the penetration of a needle under a specific load. For correct measurement, the durometer is applied perpendicular to the surface of the material, with the reading taken after 1-2 seconds to ensure accuracy.
This variation in softness is essential to ensure optimal performance under different operating conditions. The softness of a material is influenced by factors such as chemical composition, molecular structure and the production process.
The tests carried out according to the specifications of the standard ensure that the properties and technical qualities of strength and softness of the PVC strips are consistent and reliable over time, contributing to the quality and durability of the Vintech solutions employed in the various industrial sectors.

Anti-vibration and shockproof rubber material
They are made of Vintech or PVC vinyl, a soft, but compact and resistant substance that can cushion, absorb and reduce all shocks and vibrations resulting from accidental movements during transport or storage in the warehouse.
PVC rubber, like all material derived from resin, has different thicknesses and softnes that can vary and adapt to the most diverse needs or issues.
Anti-slide leak-proof design
Featuring an effective grip effect, these versatile rubber sheets adhere firmly to the surfaces of goods and containers, minimising slippage, allowing the material to acquire greater stability and helping to make the transport system safer and more reliable in the short and long term.

Moreover, they are designed with the aim of reuse or regeneration and, consequently, they are recyclable for new transport, since they are durable packaging items or supports.

Depending on the type of goods being handled, transported or any problem that needs to be prevented, the pads, strips or bands can be designed to meet the specific needs of the load, item or condition in which they are expected to operate. In addition to being custom-made, they can also be cut, overlapped, drilled, punched, flexed, and shaped.
Secure fastening system
They adapt to various fastening systems and can be placed on specific points thanks to practical mechanisms that allow stable installation or, if necessary, easy removal. These systems, at the customer's discretion, include bolts, washers or screws, rivets and other stable locking devices, as well as silicones and high-strength silicones and adhesives.
International regulations
The protective sheets, i.e. the protective pads, are made of materials designed and compliant with national, European and international regulations, including Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 (CLP) and subsequent amendments. Moreover, they can be considered as specific items or support articles for the transport of goods rather than actual packaging, according to the provisions of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006. This principle ensures compliance with industry standards and the necessary safety for both the producer and/or the purchaser. Additionally, it is important to note that the product does not contain substances classified as hazardous to health or the environment according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP).. These parameters are updated and modified annually, based on the new regulations in force.
